Play With Your Dessert

A brief but very informative and encouraging exploration of desserts, and lots of tips which particularly appeal to me, such as bringing fire into the picture, or looking to mixology for dessert inspiration. Also, a caveat to watch that line between the diner’s experience being enhanced by how interactive a dish can be for them, and the point where the do-it-yourself can be a turn-off. Those ice-cream-sandwich-french-macaron hybrids especially caught my eye; pure genius! I want to make some at home…
