In the answer to the Pharisees, Christ also put forward to his interlocutors this “total vision of man,” without which no adequate answer can be given to questions connected with marriage and procreation. This total vision of man must be constructed from the “beginning.” <– I think this is one of the most frustrating things that I come across so often in debate – that lack of consideration of Man’s true beginnings, which make very clear what Man is truly intended to be: perfect. How many times have I tried to drive the point that striving for perfection is not striving towards an unrealistic and impractical goal, but simply [said, not so much done] a striving to be what one was originally intended and created to be in the first place, in the beginning, before the Fall.
